Didn’t Receive the Email?

- Verify you entered the correct email at checkout.
- If still missing after 4 hours, email us with your order number.
Wrong Email / Typo
If you made a typo at checkout, contact us immediately. If the key hasn’t been issued yet, we’ll update the address and deliver to the correct email.
Region & Edition
Some products are region-specific or edition-specific (e.g., Windows vs macOS, Standard vs Pro). Always confirm compatibility on the product page before purchase.
