Delivery Time

• Official download link and activation steps.
• Invoice/receipt automatically emailed after purchase.

Didn’t Receive the Email?

1. Check Spam/Junk and the Promotions tab.
2. Whitelist Support@softnev.com.
3. Verify you entered the correct email at checkout.
4. If still missing after 4 hours, email us with your order number.

Wrong Email / Typo

If you made a typo at checkout, contact us immediately. If the key hasn’t been issued yet, we’ll update the address and deliver to the correct email.

Region & Edition

Some products are region-specific or edition-specific (e.g., Windows vs macOS, Standard vs Pro). Always confirm compatibility on the product page before purchase.

Order Status & Invoices

• Order confirmation and invoice are emailed after checkout.
