How to Activate Your Software

Follow these steps to download, install, and activate

After purchase, you’ll receive an email from Support@softnev.com with your license key and official download link. Keep this email handy during activation.

A) Microsoft Office (2019/2021/2024) – Windows/macOS

  1. Go to the official Microsoft site (as provided in your email) and sign in with your Microsoft account.
  2. Enter your 25-character product key exactly as provided.
  3. Redeem the key and add the product to your account.
  4. Download the installer for your OS (Windows/macOS) and run it.
  5. Open an Office app (e.g., Word) and sign in with the same Microsoft account to complete activation.

B) Microsoft Windows (Home/Pro)

  1. Install or open Windows and go to Settings → System → Activation.
  2. Click Change product key and enter the key provided.
  3. Ensure you’re connected to the internet; activation should complete automatically.

C) Subscriptions (e.g., Microsoft 365)

  1. Follow the link in your email to redeem or accept invitation.
  2. Sign in with the email account that will own the subscription.
  3. Complete any verification steps and install apps from the portal.

D) Other Vendors (Antivirus, Multimedia, CAD)

  1. Download the official installer from the vendor link we send.
  2. Install and open the app; navigate to Activate / License in settings.
  3. Paste your license key. Some products require creating a vendor account first.

Troubleshooting

  • Invalid/Used Key: Confirm correct edition/region and use the official installer. Restart the app and retry.
  • Can’t Sign In: Reset your vendor account password or try another network.
  • Installer Fails: Temporarily disable antivirus/firewall, run as administrator, or re-download.
  • Still stuck? Email screenshots of the error + your order number to Support@softnev.com.

Keep Your License Safe

  • Store your key securely; do not share publicly.
  • Back up the installer or bookmark the official download link.
  • One key is typically for one device unless stated otherwise.
