3) Products & Licensing

• We sell genuine software licenses for Microsoft and other third-party products.
• Licenses are granted subject to the software vendor’s End User License Agreement (EULA).
• You are responsible for reading and complying with each product’s EULA.
• Resale, unauthorized distribution, or illegal use of keys is prohibited.

4) Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full before license delivery.
• We accept payments through secure gateways; we do not store card details.
• Prices are listed in PKR (Pakistan Rupees) or USD where specified and may change without notice.

5) Delivery

Software licenses are typically delivered via email within minutes to 24 hours of purchase. In rare cases (fraud review, stock issues), delivery may take longer. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

6) Refunds & Returns

• Once a license key has been delivered, it is considered used and non-refundable.
• Refunds may be granted only if:
  • The license key is proven defective or invalid, and
  • You notify us within 7 days of purchase with proof of issue.
• Refunds are not available for customer mistakes (wrong product, incompatibility, etc.).

7) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or products for:

• Any unlawful purpose or violation of applicable laws.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Distributing malware, pirated software, or harmful code.
• Reselling or redistributing without authorization.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on softnev.com—including logos, text, images, and design—is owned by SoftNev or our licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or modification is prohibited.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftNev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10) Disclaimer

All products are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Software performance depends on vendor systems and your device compatibility.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse our services. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

13) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.
