At SoftNev, we are committed to delivering 100% genuine software licenses. Because software license keys are digital goods that are instantly activated once delivered, our refund policy is different from physical products.

1) Non-Refundable Items

  • All delivered software license keys are considered used and are non-refundable.
  • We cannot refund for customer mistakes, such as purchasing the wrong product, version, or system incompatibility.
  • We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” after purchase.

2) Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The license key provided is defective, invalid, or not working.
  • You report the issue within 7 days of purchase.
  • You provide sufficient proof (error screenshots, activation logs) to verify the problem.
  • Our support team confirms that the issue cannot be resolved with troubleshooting.

3) How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at Support@softnev.com.
  2. Include your order number, product name, and proof of issue (screenshots, error message, etc.).
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

4) Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5) Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong version, we may offer an exchange for the correct product (price difference may apply) — provided the original key has not been activated.
