Are your software licenses genuine?
Yes. SoftNev supplies original, verifiable license keys sourced from trusted channels. You can activate and verify them through the official vendor systems.
Which products do you sell?
We offer Microsoft Office (2016–2024), Windows (Home/Pro), Windows Server (2016–2025), Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Project, Visio, Exchange, plus Antivirus/VPN, Backup & Recovery, Multimedia, and CAD/design tools.
How fast will I receive my license key?
Most orders are delivered via email within minutes to a few hours. In rare cases (manual review, stock sync, fraud checks) it may take longer. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email.
I didn’t get my key. What should I do?
Please: (1) check spam/junk, (2) confirm the email used at checkout, (3) whitelist Support@softnev.com. If still missing after 4 hours, contact us with your order number.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes. A digital invoice/receipt is emailed after purchase. If you need a company invoice with tax details, reply to your order email with the required information.
How do I activate my product?
You’ll receive: (1) your license key, (2) official download/activation steps. For Microsoft products, download from Microsoft, install, then activate using your key or your Microsoft account as instructed.
What if the key says “invalid” or “already used”?
First ensure you’re activating the correct edition/region and using the official installer. Restart the app and try again. If it still fails, email us screenshots/error code and your order number—our team will troubleshoot or replace if confirmed defective.
Will this work on both Windows and Mac?
It depends on the product. Many Microsoft Office licenses have separate Windows and macOS variants. Always check the product page for OS compatibility before purchase.
Is one key valid for multiple devices?
Unless stated otherwise, licenses are typically single-device. Some subscriptions (e.g., Microsoft 365) allow multiple devices. See the product description for exact limits.
What is your refund policy?
Delivered license keys are non-refundable. If a key is proven defective/invalid, contact us within 7 days with proof (error screenshots). If confirmed, we will replace or refund as per our Refund Policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via our payment gateways (methods may vary by region). Card details are processed by the gateway; we do not store full card numbers.
Do you charge taxes/VAT?
Pricing is shown in PKR or USD where specified. Taxes may apply depending on your billing country/region and payment method. The final amount is displayed at checkout and on your invoice.
Do you offer bulk or business pricing?
Yes. For teams, schools, and organizations, email your requirements (product, quantity, timeline) to Support@softnev.com for a custom quote.
Can you help me choose the right edition?
Absolutely. Share your use-case (OS, device count, features needed, budget) and we’ll recommend the best fit before you buy.

Can I change my order after checkout?
If your key hasn’t been issued yet, we may be able to modify the order. Email us immediately with your order number and requested change.
